I own a 10 year old male Shar-Pei. He is by far the best dog I have ever had. He is an unbelievable watch dog. He can be aggressive to other dogs if they show any aggression whatsoever towards him, but if u want an excellent, loyal companion, I highly recommend the Shar-Pei. He requires minimal attention, but is at your side whenever you want him. I highly recommend this dog breed. You have to let them know who the boss is.
